Chef Dolphy Hill
I was born and raised in the central plains of North Carolina, where I learned the joys of growing and harvesting my own food through gardening, hunting, and fishing. At 14, I started working in a small kitchen to earn some summer cash.
At 19, I moved to Orlando, Florida, to pursue a degree in culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu. After spending nearly twenty years working in the vibrant Orlando restaurant scene, I transitioned to ChefAdvantage at The Christ School. I love using all that I have learned in my career to create a diverse menu for students and faculty and help fuel their day.

Raven Searles
Raven Searles is a Nutritionist passionate about food’s impact on the body, focusing on healing and care at ChefAdvantage. With a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Georgia Southern University, Raven offers extensive experience in clinical and community-based nutrition services for children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with loved ones, reading, exercising, and traveling.
