Northlake Christian School

 

I grew up working in my mother’s bakery from the time I could see over the counter standing on a milk crate.  I later graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with degrees in Culinary, Baking and Patisserie, and Hospitality Management with a focus on Culinary.  I’ve worked in restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and for the military before making the change to a school community first with St. George Boarding School in Newport, Rhode Island and now with Northlake Christian School in Covington, Louisiana.When not in the kitchen cooking or baking one can find me going on mini adventures with my kids or curled up with a book.
