Joella Green, Human Resources Manager
Initially joining ChefAdvantage as a driver in 2006, Joella Green’s love for food and event planning led her on a path of steady growth within the company as a Sous Chef and eventually a Chef Manager leading her own successful kitchen team. As she continued to learn and develop new skills as a part of the ChefAdvantage team, Joella found a new passion in creating positive change in the workplace and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration before moving into her current human resources role. She believes in the power of cultivating a strong understanding and connection with the organization’s most important asset, its people, and is currently working toward a master’s degree in human resource management.
Away from work, Joella enjoys spending time with her teenage daughters, cooking, taking walks along well-lit paths with her dog and petting kittens at PetSmart (it’s free, after all).
