Chef Raymond Sharpe
Raymond Sharpe started cooking in the culinary-rich environment of St. Petersburg, Florida, in 1988. After 18 years, he moved to Greenville, South Carolina, and acquired his associate’s degree in culinary arts. In July 2022, after working as the Head Chef at a Country Club for 15 years, he moved to Tennessee and started working for ChefAdvantage. Ray enjoys being the Chef at Tate’s School of Discovery with its unique camp-style atmosphere and farm-to-table focused menu. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and living the Tennessee mini-farm life.

Raven Searles
Raven Searles is a Nutritionist at ChefAdvantage with a passion for food, healing, and caring for the body. With a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science, she brings extensive experience in clinical and community-based nutrition services, specializing in feeding children. Outside of work, Raven enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, reading, working out, and traveling.
